The global analog semiconductor market is entering a new round of price increases in 2026. According to market reports, Texas Instruments (TI) is expected to implement a second comprehensive price adjustment starting April 1, 2026, with increases ranging from 15% to 85% for certain products.
The adjustments may affect a wide range of components, including digital isolators, isolation driver ICs, and power management ICs, which are widely used in industrial automation, automotive electronics, and energy systems.
Earlier, TI had already introduced targeted price increases of 10%–30% for products used in industrial and automotive applications.

ADI and Other Suppliers Also Adjust Prices
The price increase is not limited to TI. Analog Devices (ADI) announced a global price adjustment effective February 1, 2026, with an average increase of about 15%, while some high-reliability or military-grade products rose by up to 30%.
Meanwhile, Chinese analog chip suppliers such as SG Micro Corp and Naxin Microelectronics have also implemented multiple price adjustments since late 2025, with increases generally ranging from 5% to 20%.
Key Reasons Behind the Price Increase
Several factors are driving the current price surge in the analog semiconductor market:
* Rising manufacturing costs, including higher prices for 8-inch wafers, packaging, and raw materials
* Strong demand from AI data centers, electric vehicles, and industrial electronics
* Tight supply following the global semiconductor inventory correction cycle
Because many analog chips rely on mature 8-inch wafer production, limited capacity in this segment continues to create supply pressure.
Market Outlook
With demand from AI infrastructure and electric vehicles continuing to grow, the analog semiconductor market is expected to remain strong in 2026. Industry analysts believe prices may maintain moderate upward pressure throughout the year.
Other semiconductor companies, including NXP Semiconductors and ON Semiconductor, may also adjust pricing strategies depending on market conditions.
For electronics manufacturers, early procurement and stable supply partnerships will become increasingly important in managing costs and ensuring production continuity.
