System Architecture

The Holtek CGM solution consists of two main parts:

1. Analog Front-End (AFE)

* Powered by the BH66F2475 Flash MCU

* Integrated continuous glucose monitoring AFE module

* Supports 2/3/4 electrode glucose sensors

* Built-in 24-bit Delta Sigma ADC, 4 DACs, 3 OPAs, and 1 comparator

* Communicates with the main MCU via SPI/UART

* Requires only minimal external circuitry, reducing cost and board space

2. Main Controller (MCU)

* Based on the HT32F67595 dual-core Bluetooth MCU (Arm® Cortex®-M33 & M0+)

* Provides BLE wireless connectivity with full service support

* Processes glucose data and transmits results to a mobile device

* Works seamlessly with Holtek’s HT CGM APP, enabling users to view real-time glucose trends
