The TPA188xQ series of amplifiers are the newesthigh-supply voltage amplifiers with 50-μV low offset,low noise, and stable high-frequency response. Theyincorporate 3PEAK’s proprietary and patented designtechniques to achieve excellent AC performance with 12-MHz bandwidth, 10-V/μs slew rate, and low distortion whiledrawing only 2-mA quiescent current per amplifier. Theinput common-mode voltage range extends to V−, and theoutputs swing rail-to-rail.The TPA188xQ has an over-temperature protection featureto guarantee chip safety. The output of the TPA188xQenters high impendence when the die temperature reachesaround 170°C and recovers the function when the dietemperature is down to around 150°C. The product hasa very small power temperature coefficient, which is helpfulfor temperature-sensitive applications.
