The AX72xx is a low dropout linear regulator in CMOS technology. The AX72xx has an output current of 500mA and a maximum allowable input voltage of 1.5 V. It has a wide output voltage range of 1.5V-5.0V.A wide range of output voltages is available, with common voltages from 1.5 V to 5.0 V. COMS technology ensures low dropout and low quiescent current.
