AXTEK AX7570-7

The AX75xx-7 series is a group of low power high voltage regulators implemented in CMOS technology. The CMOS technology ensures low dropout and low quiescent current. Input voltages up to 30V are available, and several fixed output voltages ranging from 2.1V to 12.0V are available. when the CE input pin is low, a fast discharge channel can pull the output voltage down through a built-in pull-down resistor. The built-in overcurrent protection circuit prevents the chip from being damaged even if the output pin is shorted to ground. Over temperature protection circuitry ensures that the junction temperature of the chip will not exceed 160°C.
