Overview: 

The HT70xxA-1 is a three-terminal, low-power voltage detector with CMOS technology. The voltage detectors are capable of detecting fixed voltages ranging from 2.7 V to 5.0 V. The voltage detector series consists of a high-precision, low-power standard voltage source, a comparator, a hysteresis circuit, and an output driver. Manufactured in CMOS technology, they ensure low power consumption. External components are available for specified threshold voltage detection.
