Description: 

The SA4356 is a single-cell lithium-ion battery constant-current/constant-voltage linear charger that requires no external isolation diodes. The SA4356 has a 4.2V charging cut-off voltage and the charging current can be set by an external resistor. When the charging current drops to 1/10 of the set value, the SA4356 will automatically end the charging process. When the input voltage is removed, the SA4356 automatically enters the ultra-low power standby state, reducing the standby current to less than 1uA. The SA4356 integrates power supply overvoltage and battery reverse protection status functions to ensure that the IC shuts down under high voltage charging conditions.
