The FTPM5120 is an integrated solution for DDR5 SODIMM,UDIMM,CSODIMM,andCUDIMM power management IC. This device provides 3 Switching Regulators ( SWA / B / C ) and 2 LDOs ( 1.0V / 1.8V ). The FTPM5120 is available in a QFN-28L 3x4 (FC) package.
