The GD30DC1103 is a high efficiency, high frequencysynchronous DC/DC step-down converter. The 100%duty cycle feature provides low dropout operation,extending battery life in portable systems.The internal synchronous switch increases efficiencyand eliminates the need for external schottky diode. Atshutdown mode, the input supply current is less than1µA.The GD30DC1103 fault protection includes over currentprotection, short circuit protection, under voltage lockoutprotection and thermal shutdown. The Internal soft-startfunction prevents inrush current at turn-on. TheGD30DC1103 is offered in SOT23-5 and SOT563packages.
