General description:

The GD30SP2200x is an Over-Voltage-Protection (OVP) load switch of 50mΩ with adjustableover-voltage-lock-out (OVLO) threshold voltage. The device will turn off the internal MOSFETswitch in a fast response of 450ns when the input voltage is over the pre-set OVLO threshold.When the OVLO is connected to GND, the internal fixed OVLO threshold is set at 6.8V. TheOVLO threshold voltage can be adjusted with an external resistor divider and the range isbetween 4V and 15V. The IC allows a maximum 3A current from IN to OUT. An overtemperature protection (OTP) function is implemented internally and monitors the chiptemperature to protect the device.The GD30SP2200x is available in a green small foot print DFN8L(2X2) package.
