GigaDevice GD25UF80E Datesheet

The GigaDevice GD25UF80E is an 8Mb (1MB) SPI NAND Flash memory designed for high-performance, reliable non-volatile storage in embedded systems. It features a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) for easy integration, fast read/write speeds, low power consumption, and high endurance. This device is ideal for industrial applications, consumer electronics, networking equipment, and IoT devices that require compact, durable, and high-speed flash memory solutions.

GD25UF 1.2V SPI NOR Flash:

The GD25UF product series, with a supply voltage ranging from 1.14V to 1.26V, is an ideal choice for advanced 1.2V process devices. This product can communicate directly with the SoC through the I/O interface, simplifying the circuit design. The product offers two working modes: Normal Mode and Low Power Mode. Compared with the SPI NOR Flash powered by 1.8V, the 1.2V GD25UF series reduces power consumption by 33% under the same current in Normal Mode. In the Low Power Mode, the power consumption at the same frequency can be reduced by up to 70%. The product can significantly reduce operating power consumption and effectively extend the battery life of devices in applications such as data centers, smart wearable devices, health monitoring, Internet of Things devices or other battery-powered applications.
