GD25UF 1.2V SPI NOR Flash:

The GD25UF product series, with a supply voltage ranging from 1.14V to 1.26V, is an ideal choice for advanced 1.2V process devices. This product can communicate directly with the SoC through the I/O interface, simplifying the circuit design. The product offers two working modes: Normal Mode and Low Power Mode. Compared with the SPI NOR Flash powered by 1.8V, the 1.2V GD25UF series reduces power consumption by 33% under the same current in Normal Mode. In the Low Power Mode, the power consumption at the same frequency can be reduced by up to 70%.
