Description:

The GD30DC1300 is a high efficiency synchronousstep-down switching converter. The device operatesfrom an input voltage from 4.5V up to 18V. The mainswitch and synchronous switch are integrated in thedevice with very low RDS_ON and capable of delivering upto 3A current.The switching frequency is set at 800kHz to minimizeoutput voltage ripple. Fault protection includes undervoltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limit and thermalshutdown.The GD30DC1300 is available with space savingSOT563 and SOT23-6 package and requires minimalnumber of external components. Together with its lowquiescent current, the GD30DC1300 is ideal for securitycameras, flat panels and monitors, digital set top boxesetc.
