Description:

The GD30DC1350 is a high efficiency synchronousstep-down switch-mode converter. The device operatesfrom an input voltage from 4.5V up to 25V. The mainswitch and synchronous switch are integrated in thedevice with very low RDS_ON and capable of delivering upto 3A current.The switching frequency is set at 500KHz to minimizeoutput voltage ripple. Fault protections include cycle-bycycle current limit and thermal shutdown.The GD30DC1350 is available with space savingSOT23-6 package and requires minimal number ofexternal components. Together with its low quiescentcurrent, the GD30DC1350 is ideal for security cameras,flat panels and monitors, digital set top boxes etc.
