Description:

The GD30DR3800 provides an integrated motor driversolution for cameras, consumer products, toys, andother low voltage or battery-powered motion controlapplications. The device has an H-bridge driver, anddrives one DC motors, as well as other devices likesolenoids. The output driver block consists of N-channelpower MOSFETs configured as an H-bridge to drive themotor winding. An internal charge pump generates gatedrive voltages.The GD30DR3800 supplies up to 1.8A of output current.The operates on a motor power supply voltage from 0Vto 11V, and control logic can operate on 1.6V to 7V rails.The GD30DR3800 device has a PWM(IN/IN) inputinterface. Internal shutdown functions are provided forovercurrent protection, short circuit protection,undervoltage lockout protection, and overtemperatureprotection.
