Description:

The GD30LD2400 is a high voltage, low powerconsumption and high performance LDO. The familyuses an advanced CMOS process and a P-MOSFETpass device to achieve fast start-up, with high outputvoltage accuracy. The GD30LD2400 is stable with a 1.0-μF to 10μF ceramic output capacitor, and uses aprecision voltage reference and feedback loop toachieve a worst-case accuracy of 2% over all load, line,process, and temperature variations.
