The GD30LD2406 is a low dropout linear voltageregulator that features high input voltage, low dropoutvoltage, ultralow operating current. With quiescentcurrent as low as 2.5μA, the GD30LD2406 is ideal forbattery-powered equipment. By controlling the EN pin onthe device, the output can be turned off, and the powerconsumption after shutdown is only below 1μA.Additionally, it also features built-in current limiting, overtemperature protection, and short-circuit protectionfunctions.The GD30LD2406 is available in SOT23-3, SOT23-5and SOT89-3 packages.
