The GD30TS310T is a low-cost and high-precisiondigital temperature sensor optimized for human bodytemperature measurement. It can achieve 16-bit(0.0078125°C) temperature output without any externaltemperature sensing unit. And it has a temperaturemeasurement error of less than ±0.1°C within thetemperature range from 30°C to 45°C.The GD30TS310T supports three packaging forms:WLCSP-4 、 MCLGA-4 and DFN6. The former isextremely small in size and is suitable for applicationscenarios with extremely limited space; the lattertransfers heat quickly and is specially designed forhuman skin surface temperature measurement.The GD30TS310T supports two-wire communication,can accommodate up to 8 slaves, being compatible withthe I2C or SMBus interfaces of most MCUs and SoCs.
