The GD30TS43XN series are high-precision and lowpower digital temperature sensors compatible withSMBus and I2C interfaces. The devices cansimultaneously monitor the remote temperature of thearea where up to 1 (GD30TS431N) / 2 (GD30TS432N)remote temperature probes are located besides the localtemperature of the chip. The series have functions suchas series resistance elimination, programmable η factorcorrection, β value detection and automaticcompensation, and programmable temperaturethresholds, providing a high-precision, low-powerreliable temperature monitoring solution.

Description:

The GD30TS43XN series are high-precision and lowpower digital temperature sensors compatible withSMBus and I2C interfaces. The devices cansimultaneously monitor the remote temperature of thearea where up to 1 (GD30TS431N) / 2 (GD30TS432N)remote temperature probes are located besides the localtemperature of the chip. The series have functions suchas series resistance elimination, programmable η factorcorrection, β value detection and automaticcompensation, and programmable temperaturethresholds, providing a high-precision, low-powerreliable temperature monitoring solution.The GD30TS43XN series are particularly suitable fortemperature measurement using remote transistors(NPN / PNP Type) integrated in servers and processorsunder advanced processes. The series supportcompensation for PNP connected in transistor form with0.09<β<21.36 to achieve high-precision temperaturemeasurement.The GD30TS43XN series have a typical temperaturemeasurement accuracy of ±0.5°C for local channels and±1°C for remote channels respectively. The seriesfeature a temperature measurement resolution of0.00390625°C and a temperature measurement rangeof −55°C to +150°C. The power supply voltage range ofthe GD30TS43x series is 2.7V to 5.5V.
