The GD30TS451N is a high-accuracy, low-powerremote temperature sensor with a build-in localtemperature measurement channel. The typical remotetemperature sensors are NPN, PNP or diodes that areintegrated in the microprocessor or FPGA to bemeasured. The temperature is represented as a 12-bitdigital output for both local and remote sensors, giving aresolution of 0.0625°C.The GD30TS451N also featuresextended temperature measurement mode for −55°C to150°C range. The GD30TS451N supports SMBusTMcommunication protocol.The GD30TS451N features series resistancecancellation, programmable nonideality factor (η-factor),temperature offset, programmable digital filter to providea remote temperature monitoring solution with improvedaccuracy and noise immunity.
