GD30TSHT3A is the next generation of single-chipintegrated temperature and humidity sensor developedby GD. It was developed based on the extremely weaksignal detection design platform and MEMS processdesign platform of GD. Integrating high-sensitivityMEMS moisture-sensitive components on silicon-basedCMOS wafers can reduce the interference of multi-chipsignal transmission, reduce chip area, and improvepackaging reliability. The chip is packaged in aminiaturized DFN package with an outline size of 2.5mmx 2.5mm and a height of 0.9 mm. This enables theGD30TSHT3A to be integrated in various applications.In addition, the wide power supply voltage range of 2.0Vto 5.5V makes it adaptable to various power supplyenvironments.
