Overview:

The GD32F1x0 product series adopts the Cortex®-M3 core, operates at a frequency of up to 72 MHz, and features zero-wait flash memory access, achieving the highest efficiency. It offers up to 64 KB of on-chip flash memory and up to 8 KB of SRAM memory. Various enhanced I/O and peripherals are connected to two APB buses. This product series offers 1 12-bit ADC, 1 12-bit DAC and 2 comparators, up to 5 general-purpose 16-bit timers, 1 general-purpose 32-bit timer, 1 basic timer, 1 PWM advanced control timer, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces: Up to 2 SPIs, 2 I2Cs, 2 USArts, 1 I2S, 1 HDMI-CEC, 1 TSI and 1 USBD. The GD32F1x0 is powered by a 2.6 to 3.6V power supply and operates within a temperature range of -40 to +85 °C. Several power-saving modes offer flexibility for achieving maximum optimization between wake-up delay and power consumption, which is particularly important in low-power applications. It is widely applicable to application fields such as industrial control, motor drive, user interface, power monitoring and alarm systems, consumer and handheld devices, games and GPS, electric bicycles, etc.

The GD32F150 product has a main frequency of up to 72MHz and supports up to 64KB Flash and 8KB SARM. It also integrates USART, I2C, SPI, USB FS, I2S, ADC, DAC and other digital and analog peripheral resources. The GD32F150 product series offers QFN28, QFN32, LQFP48 and LQFP64 package options.
