Overview:

The GD32F3x0 series is specifically designed for low-cost applications, inherits the outstanding performance of the Cortex®-M4 high-performance core, with a main frequency of up to 108MHz. It provides customers with product options to replace or enhance traditional 8-bit and 16-bit MCUS.

The GD32F3x0 product series features a higher operating frequency, abundant peripheral resources, enhanced performance and lower cost. It provides cost-effective solutions for cost-sensitive applications such as industrial motors, variable frequency drives and energy-saving applications. To help customers fully leverage the advantages of the products, the GD32F3x0 series maintains software and hardware compatibility with the entire GD32F1x0 and GD32E23x series. It is applicable to a variety of application scenarios such as industrial automation, human-machine interfaces, motor control, household appliances, printers, multimedia players and electronic toys, LED displays, intelligent card readers, electric vehicles, aircraft, robots, etc.

The GD32F310 product has a main frequency of up to 72MHz and supports up to 64KB Flash and 8KB SARM. It also integrates USART, I2C, SPI, I2S and other digital and analog peripheral resources. The GD32F310 product series offers TSSOP20, QFN28, QFN32, LQFP32 and LQFP48 package options.
