The HT1629G is a memory mapping and multifunction LCD controller driver which can be switched to either 1/1 or 1/2 duty. It can display up to 240 patterns with a 1/1 duty or 480 patterns with a 1/2 duty driver output.The Holtek HT1629G is a highly integrated LCD driver designed for flexible segment‑display applications. It supports up to 240 segments × 2 commons (i.e., up to 480 display points) in either static (1/1 duty) or 1/2‑duty operation. The device features an internal 51.2 kHz RC oscillator, external VLCD support, built‑in 4‑channel LED driver with 16‑step dimming control, and a 3‑wire SPI serial interface for ease of communication. Its logic and LCD voltage range is 2.4‑5.5 V, making it suitable for low‑power portable displays.
