They offer “TinyPower” low quiescent current operation, with typical drop‑out voltages as low as 240 mV (for Vout = 5.0 V at 300 mA). Available output voltages include 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.7 V, 3.0 V, 3.3 V, 4.5 V and 5.0 V. The devices support up to 300 mA continuous load current and include internal current‑limit and over‑temperature protection.
