he Micron® MT46V32M16P-5B IT:J is a 512-Mbit Double Data Rate (DDR) SDRAM organized as 32M words × 16 bits with four internal banks. It employs a 2n-prefetch architecture to transfer two data words per clock cycle at the I/O pins, achieving data rates up to 400 Mb/s/pin (DDR400). The device operates from VDD = VDDQ = 2.5V ±0.2V (general) or 2.6V ±0.1V (DDR400) and uses SSTL_2-compatible I/O. Key features include differential clock inputs (CK, CK#), a bidirectional data strobe (DQS) for source-synchronous data capture—edge-aligned on reads and center-aligned on writes—an on-die DLL to align DQ/DQS with CK, programmable burst lengths of 2/4/8, data mask (DM), auto refresh (8192 cycles/64 ms), concurrent auto precharge, and tRAS lockout support. The x16 configuration provides separate DQS and DM signals per byte.

• Data mask (DM) for masking write data(x16 has two – one per byte)

• Programmable burst lengths: 2, 4, or 8

• Auto refresh– 64ms, 8192-cycle

• Longer-lead TSOP for improved reliability (OCPL)

• 2.5V I/O (SSTL_2 compatible)

• Concurrent auto precharge option is supported

• tRAS lockout supported (tRAP = tRCD)
