The LPDDR4/LPDDR4X unified product family is a high-performance, low-power SDRAM solution designed for next-generation mobile and embedded applications. Operating from an ultra-low-voltage power supply (VDD1 at 1.80V nominal, VDD2 at 1.10V nominal, and VDDQ selectable at 1.10V nominal or 0.60V nominal for LPDDR4X), this device achieves an exceptional balance between energy efficiency and high-speed performance. Supporting data rates up to 4266 Mb/s per pin across a frequency range of 10 MHz to 2133 MHz, the device features a 16n prefetch DDR architecture with 8 internal banks per channel for concurrent operation. It offers programmable READ and WRITE latencies (RL/WL), on-the-fly programmable burst lengths (BL = 16, 32), and directed per-bank refresh for simplified command scheduling and improved bus efficiency.
