The muRata GRM21BR60J107ME15L is a high-capacitance multilayer ceramic chip capacitor (MLCC) from Murata's GRM series. Housed in a compact 0805 (2012 metric) package, this device delivers 100µF capacitance with a 6.3V DC rated voltage and ±20% tolerance. Utilizing X5R dielectric material, it maintains stable electrical performance with a capacitance change rate of only ±15% over an operating temperature range of -55°C to +85°C.The capacitor features a tin-plated (NiSn) external electrode finish, ensuring excellent solderability and reliable PCB mounting. It is supplied in tape-on-reel packaging (180mm / 7-inch reel), making it ideal for high-volume automated SMT production lines.
