The NCV8402ASTT1G is a three-terminal protected Low-Side Smart Discrete device designed for demanding automotive and industrial environments. It integrates robust protection features including overcurrent, overtemperature, ESD, and an integrated Drain-to-Gate clamp for overvoltage protection during inductive switching . Housed in a compact SOT-223 package, this N-channel MOSFET offers analog drive capability with logic-level input and features thermal shutdown with automatic restart, short-circuit protection, and dV/dt robustness. With an AEC-Q101 qualification and PPAP capability, it is suitable for switching resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, and can replace electromechanical relays and discrete circuits in harsh applications.
