Panasonic HF series varistors comply with AEC-Q200 standards with a maximum allowable voltage of 16VDC and clamp voltage up to 43A.These compact SMD varistors are suitable for automotive requirements and have high resistance to thermal shock from soldering due to their molded construction. These varistors are compliant with ISO7637-2 and ISO16750-2 load sag surge test standards.Panasonic HF series varistors are available in an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The HF series varistors are designed to meet the requirements of the automotive industry.
