General Description:

The P25CM02H is a 2 Mbits Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatible EEPROM (Electrically ErasableProgrammable Memory) device. It contains a memory array of 2 Mbits (256 Kbytes), which is organized in 256bytes per page.
