Introduction:
The PY32M030 series microcontrollers feature a high-performance 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M0+ core, wide-voltage operating range MCUs, embedded with up to 64 KB of Flash and 8 KB of SRAM memory, and operate at up to 48 MHz. They are available in a wide range of package types. The PY32M030 series MCUs integrate multiple I2C, SPI, USART communication peripherals, a 12-bit ADC, five 16-bit timers, and two comparators. The PY32M030 series MCUs operate over a temperature range of -40 ~ 105 °C and over a voltage range of 2.0 ~ 5.5 V. The devices provide sleep and stop low-power modes to meet different low-power applications. The PY32M030 series microcontrollers are suitable for a wide range of applications such as controllers, handheld devices, PC peripherals, gaming and GPS platforms, and industrial applications.
