Puya PY32M070K1BU7-C

PY32M070-C series microcontrollers feature a high-performance 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M0+ core, wide voltage range MCUs, embedded with up to 128 KB of Flash and 16 KB of SRAM memory, and operating at up to 72 MHz. A wide range of products are available in a variety of package types. The PY32M070-C series microcontrollers have a wide operating temperature range of -40 to 105 °C and an operating voltage range of 2.0 to 5.5 V. The devices offer sleep and stop low-power modes to meet different low-power requirements. The PY32M070-C series microcontrollers are suitable for a wide range of applications such as controllers, handheld devices, PC peripherals, gaming and GPS platforms, industrial applications, etc. The PY32M070-C series microcontrollers are designed to meet the needs of a wide range of low-power applications.
