The PY32MD310 series of microcontrollers feature a high-performance 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M0+ core, wide voltage range MCUs, embedded with up to 64 KB of Flash and 8 KB of SRAM memory, and operating at up to 48 MHz. A wide range of products are available in various package types. The PY32MD310 series microcontrollers have a wide operating temperature range of -40 ~ 105 °C and an operating voltage range of 2.0 ~ 5.5 V. The chips provide sleep and stop low-power modes to meet different low-power applications. The PY32MD310 series microcontrollers are suitable for three-phase/single-phase BLDC/PMSM drive control, and the common application scenarios are listed as follows: fans, ceiling fans, floor fans, water pumps, power tools, and airplane models.
