The PY32MD320 series of microcontrollers are high-performance 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M0+ cores, wide voltage range MCUs, embedded with up to 64 KB of Flash and 8 KB of SRAM memory, and up to 48 MHz. They are available in a wide range of different package types. The PY32MD320 series MCUs integrate multiple I2C, SPI, and USART communication peripherals, a 12-bit ADC, five 16-bit timers, and two comparators. The PY32MD320 series MCUs have an operating temperature range of -40 ~ 105 °C and an operating voltage range of 2.0 ~ 5.5 V. The chips provide sleep and stop low-power modes to meet different low-power applications. The PY32MD320 series microcontrollers are suitable for three-phase BLDC/PMSM, and the common application scenarios are listed as follows: water pumps, power tools, airplane models, etc. The PY32MD320 series microcontrollers are suitable for three-phase BLDC/PMSM.
