The STM32F103ZET6 is a member of the STM32F1 series of mainstream performance line microcontrollers, built around the high-performance ARM® 32-bit Cortex®-M3 core operating at a frequency of up to 72 MHz. It integrates 512 Kbytes of Flash memory and 64 Kbytes of SRAM, offering substantial storage and processing capability for embedded applications. This device provides an extensive set of enhanced peripherals and I/Os, including three 12-bit ADCs, two 12-bit DACs, up to 11 timers (including advanced motor-control PWM timers), and a rich variety of communication interfaces (up to 5 USARTs, 3 SPIs, 2 I2Cs, CAN, and USB 2.0).
