ST STM32F303RET6 STOCK

This high-performance microcontroller is built around an ARM® Cortex®-M4 32-bit CPU core with a Floating Point Unit (FPU), running at up to 72 MHz and delivering 90 DMIPS with single-cycle multiplication, hardware division, DSP instructions, and an MPU (Memory Protection Unit). Operating from a 2.0V to 3.6V supply, the device features up to 512 Kbytes of Flash memory, 64 Kbytes of SRAM with hardware parity check, and a 16-Kbyte CCM (Core Coupled Memory) routine booster for enhanced processing efficiency. A flexible memory controller (FSMC) supports static memories with up to four chip selects. The extensive analog peripheral set includes four 12-bit ADCs (up to 40 channels, 0.20 µs conversion), two 12-bit DACs, seven ultra-fast rail-to-rail analog comparators, and four operational amplifiers configurable in PGA mode, making it ideal for precision analog signal processing.
