The STM32H753IIK6 from STMicroelectronics is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller based on the Arm® Cortex®-M7 processor core operating at up to 480 MHz. The Cortex®-M7 core integrates a double-precision Floating Point Unit (FPU) compliant with IEEE 754, supporting both single- and double-precision data processing instructions and data types. A full set of DSP instructions and a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) enhance application security and computational efficiency. The device features high-speed embedded memories including 2 Mbytes of dual-bank Flash memory and up to 1 Mbyte of RAM (comprising 192 Kbytes of TCM RAM, up to 864 Kbytes of user SRAM, and 4 Kbytes of backup SRAM). An extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals is connected through APB buses, AHB buses, two 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrices, and a multi-layer AXI interconnect supporting both internal and external memory access.

Description:

STM32H753xI devices are based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISCcore operating at up to 480 MHz. The Cortex® -M7 core features a floating point unit (FPU)which supports Arm® double-precision (IEEE 754 compliant) and single-precision dataprocessing instructions and data types. STM32H753xI devices support a full set of DSPinstructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) to enhance application security.STM32H753xI devices incorporate high-speed embedded memories with a dual-bank Flashmemory of 2 Mbytes, up to 1 Mbyte of RAM (including 192 Kbytes of TCM RAM, up to864 Kbytes of user SRAM and 4 Kbytes of backup SRAM), as well as an extensive range ofenhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to APB buses, AHB buses, 2x32-bit multi-AHBbus matrix and a multi layer AXI interconnect supporting internal and external memoryaccess.All the devices offer three ADCs, two DACs, two ultra-low power comparators, a low-powerRTC, a high-resolution timer, 12 general-purpose 16-bit timers, two PWM timers for motorcontrol, five low-power timers, a true random number generator (RNG), and a cryptographicacceleration cell. The devices support four digital filters for external sigma-delta modulators(DFSDM). They also feature standard and advanced communication interfaces.
