The LM4041CIM3-1.2 is a precision micropower shunt voltage reference that provides a fixed 1.225V output in a space-saving SOT-23-3 surface-mount package. Description:

The LM4041-N / LM4041-N-Q1 precision voltage references are ideal for space-critical applications, available in ultra‑small SC‑70 and SOT‑23 surface‑mount packages. Advanced design eliminates the need for an external stabilizing capacitor while ensuring stability with any capacitive load, making the LM4041-N / LM4041-N-Q1 very easy to use. Fixed (1.225V) and adjustable reverse breakdown voltage options are offered to further reduce design effort. The LM4041‑N‑1.2 and LM4041‑N‑ADJ versions have a minimum operating current of 60μA, while both versions feature a maximum operating current of 12mA. Fuse and zener breakdown reverse voltage or reference voltage trimming during wafer sort ensures that the prime devices achieve better than ±0.1% accuracy at 25°C (Grade A). Bandgap reference temperature drift curvature correction and low dynamic impedance deliver stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy over a wide operating temperature and current range.
