The REF30 is a precision, low-power, low-dropoutvoltage, reference family available in a tiny 3-pin SOT-23 package. REF30E is the enhancedperformance version of REF30 family which isdesigned for precision applications. The REF30Eoffers improved temperature drift and initial accuracywhile operating at a lower quiescent current of 25µA.The low power consumption and the improvedprecision make the REF30E very attractive for looppowered industrial applications such as pressureand temperature transmitter and battery-poweredapplications. The REF30/REF30E is specified overthe extended industrial temperature range of –40°C to+125°C. The REF30 is easy to use in intrinsically safeand explosion-proof applications because the REF30does not require a load capacitor to be stable.
