The REF50xxA-Q1 family is a series of low-noise, low-drift, very high-precision voltage references qualified for automotive applications. Designed to deliver excellent temperature drift (as low as 3 ppm/°C) and high accuracy (up to 0.05%) through proprietary design techniques, these devices provide a stable and reliable voltage reference for high-precision data acquisition systems. They are capable of both sinking and sourcing current, offering robust performance against line and load variations. With very low noise (3 µVpp/V), excellent long-term stability (5 ppm/1000 hr typical), and a high output current capability of ±10 mA, the REF50xxA-Q1 family is well-suited for demanding measurement and control applications. Each reference voltage is available in standard-grade versions, housed in space-saving SO-8 packages, and fully specified over the wide operating temperature range of –40°C to +125°C, making them ideal for automotive and industrial environments where precision and reliabil
