TI SN74HCS126QPWRQ1 Datesheet

This device is a quad-channel buffer featuring three-state outputs and Schmitt-trigger inputs, designed for general-purpose digital signal conditioning in automotive and industrial applications. Each logic gate implements the positive-logic Boolean function Y = A, and the outputs can be placed in a high-impedance state by applying a low level to the OE (Output Enable) pin. The wide operating voltage range of 2V to 6V, combined with Schmitt-trigger inputs, enables reliable operation with slow or high-noise input signals. The device offers ultra-low power consumption (ICC typical 100nA) and low input leakage current (±100nA typical), making it suitable for power-sensitive designs. With an output drive of ±7.8mA at 6V, it can directly drive indicator LEDs. Fully AEC-Q100 qualified (Grade 1: –40°C to +125°C), this device is ideal for automotive environments requiring robust ESD protection (HBM Level 2, CDM Level C6).

Description:

This device contains four independent buffers with three-state outputs and Schmitt-trigger inputs. Each logic gate performs the Boolean function Y = A in positive logic. The outputs can be placed in a high-impedance state by applying a low level to the OE pin.
