Description:
The TLIN1028-Q1 is a Local Interconnect Network (LIN) physical layer transceiver compliant with LIN 2.2A and ISO/DIS 17987–4 standards, featuring an integrated low-dropout (LDO) regulator. This LIN system basis chip (SBC) reduces system complexity by providing a 3.3V or 5V voltage rail with up to 70mA (D package) or 125mA (DRB and DDA packages) of current for powering microprocessors, sensors, or other devices. The TLIN1028-Q1 features an optimized current-limiting waveform-shaping driver to reduce electromagnetic emissions (EME). The TLIN1028-Q1 translates LIN protocol data on the TXD input into LIN bus signals. The receiver converts the data stream into logic-level signals that are sent to the microprocessor via the open-drain RXD pin.
