TI TPS54335ADDAR STOCK

The TPS5433xA family of devices are synchronous converters with an input voltage range between 4.5V and 28V. The family integrates low-side switching field-effect transistors (FETs), eliminating the need for an external diode and thereby reducing component count. With integrated 128mΩ and 84mΩ MOSFETs, low IQ, and pulse-skipping mode at light loads, efficiency is greatly improved. The shutdown supply current can be reduced to 2µA via the enable pin. The buck converter's reference voltage maintains 1.5% accuracy over the full temperature range, providing accurate regulation for a variety of loads. Cycle-by-cycle current limiting of the high-side FET protects the TPS5433xA family under overload conditions, and low-side supply current limiting prevents current runaway for enhanced functionality. Low-side sink current limiting turns off the low-side MOSFET to prevent excessive reverse current. When an overcurrent condition persists longer than a preset time, hiccup protection is triggered.

Low-side sink current limiting turns off the low-side MOSFET to prevent excessive reverse current. When an overcurrent condition persists longer than a preset time, hiccup protection is triggered. Thermal shutdown disables the device when the die temperature exceeds the threshold and re-enables the device after a built-in thermal hiccup time.
