GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The STI3470 is a fully integrated, high–efficiency2.0A synchronous rectified step-downconverter.The STI3470 operates at high efficiencyoverawide output current load range. This device offers two operation modes, PWMcontrol and PFM Mode switching control, whichallows a high efficiency over the wider rangeofthe load. The STI3470 requires a minimumnumberofreadily available standard external componentsand is available in a 6-pin SOT23 ROHS compliantpackage.
