TOREX XC62FJ3302PR-G STOCK

The XC62FJ series is a high‑precision, ultra‑low‑power positive voltage regulator built on CMOS technology with laser‑trimmed accuracy. It delivers up to 200mA of output current with a very low dropout voltage of just 160mV at 100mA (5.0V output). The output voltage is programmable from 1.7V to 6.0V in 0.1V steps, with ±2.0% accuracy. Operating over a wide input range of 1.8V to 10V and drawing only 2.0μA typical quiescent current, the device is ideal for battery‑powered and portable equipment. It supports ceramic output capacitors for compact designs and is offered in the space‑saving SOT‑89 package. Fully RoHS compliant and lead‑free.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The XC62FJ series is a highly precise, low power consumption, positive voltage regulator manufactured with CMOS and laser trimming technologies.The series provides large currents with a significantly small dropout voltage.The XC62FJ consists of a current limiter circuit, a driver transistor, a precision reference voltage and an error amplifier.The output voltage is selectable in 0.1V steps between 1.7V ~ 6.0V.
