Description: 

SA4354 is a single-cell Li-ion battery constant current/voltage linear charger with SOT23-5 package and simple external application circuits, suitable for portable device applications. The SA4354 can withstand up to 36V input voltage and integrates 6.5V over-voltage protection; when the voltage exceeds 6.5V, the chip will automatically shut down; when the voltage returns to below 6.1V, the chip will automatically resume normal operation.The charging cut-off voltage of the SA4354 is 4.2V, and the charging current can be set by an external resistor. When the charging current drops to 1/10 of the set value at, the charging process will end automatically. SA4354 ensures that the chip automatically enters the protection state when the battery is connected to the opposite side of the battery, ensuring that the IC will not be broken down and lead to accidents caused by self-discharge of the battery.
