The GD30TS112N is a digital temperature sensor withhigh-accuracy, low-power, and NTC/PTC thermistorreplacements. The GD30TS112N provide ≤±0.5°Ctemperature accuracy with good temperature linearityover the normal operating range of −40°C to +125°C.The GD30TS112N can provide extended temperaturemeasurement mode, extending the temperaturemeasurement range from –55°C to +150°C.The rated working voltage range of the GD30TS112N is1.4V to 5.5V, and the maximum quiescent current in theentire working rage is 10µA (temperature measurementfrequency 4Hz). The on-chip 12bit(default) ADC offersresolutions down to 0.0625°C.The GD30TS112N adopts SOT563 / DFNWB packageof 1.60mm x 1.60mm, is compatible with SMBusTM andI2C interface, and allows up to four devices on one bus.The device also features an SMBusTM alert function.
