The STM32L412CBU6 is a compact, ultra-low-power microcontroller from STMicroelectronics' STM32L4 series, featuring an ARM Cortex-M4 core with FPU operating at up to 80 MHz. It is equipped with 128 KB of Flash memory and 40 KB of SRAM, optimized for energy-efficient applications. The device integrates advanced peripherals including a 12-bit ADC, digital filters (DFSDM), communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, USART), and hardware encryption support. Housed in a space-saving UFQFPN48 package, it is ideal for resource-constrained yet performance-sensitive designs such as wearables, IoT nodes, portable healthcare devices, and embedded control systems.
