STMicroelectronics STM32L431RCT6

The STM32L431RCT6 is an ultra-low-power, high-performance microcontroller from STMicroelectronics' STM32L4 series. It features an ARM Cortex-M4 core (with FPU) operating at up to 80 MHz, combined with 64 KB of Flash memory and 32 KB of SRAM. Designed for power-sensitive applications, it integrates advanced analog peripherals (e.g., 12-bit ADC, DAC), communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, USART), and hardware encryption acceleration. Its compact LQFP64 package and rich feature set make it ideal for IoT edge devices, portable medical instruments, smart sensors, and battery-operated systems.
